Terry fixed my mindset, which in turn allowed me to start healing my food anxiety & stop comparing myself with others. His programming is purposeful, structured to your goals & challenging fun! Nutrition is made simple to understand, with no food shaming, cookie cutter diets or gimmicks. Goals are not just focused on PR’s, but on the client as a whole. I met Terry through a friend that recommended him to me. My friend said if I wanted to get serious with building strength, mobility, and endurance that he was the person to go to.
Rightfully so, my experience with Terry was exactly that. He was professional yet very friendly, informative, and understanding with what I was going through with my personal life. He made the introduction to warm-ups, workouts, and macro nutrition very easy to understand.
If I ever had any questions, he was always available to contact 24/7. Terry even provided me with some tips and videos on how to improve my form, performance and how get through my first few weeks. I was aware of how much of a change this would be to my lifestyle, however it felt reassuring to be guided by someone so supportive like him!

He is very attentive to your needs and wants. Over the duration of the sessions, Terry’s focus is solely on you and your work out.

I am a 45 year old male with a very busy and stressful professional schedule. A year ago, I was in average health and fitness. My goals were to build muscle mass, increase flexibility and improve my metabolic panel numbers.
I have been working with Terry for the last 12 months... Terry advises and monitors my daily food intake, exercise and sleep schedule. We meet weekly for our workout session. Terry has an excellent, hands on and easy to use system to track my daily routine. He incorporates my daily feedback to dynamically update my workout schedule. Most importantly, I have found his personalized attention to my gym performance to be incredibly effective.
In my otherwise stressful day, I find that doing the daily workout schedule as marked by Terry leaves me with one less (while very important) task to worry about.
