My Personal Transformation
I always had trouble gaining weight and was a skinny kid up until college. Even though I was doing a lot of body weight workouts, I finish high school at about 125-130lbs.
Going into college I started focusing on more lifting weights and ended up blowing up to 160lbs. People always say they gain the freshmen 15 the first year. However, I gained about 30lbs in one semester.
Throughout college I made the decision to bulk up and then cut several times, but was never successful. It was either I gained too much weight and I became over weight. Or I lost too much weight which ended up being muscle instead of fat.
I've been on both sides of the spectrum from being the skinny boy that will never grow, to being a little too heavy for my body type. I'm here so you don't have to second guess about what you have to do.
